Here is the second metal album I ever bought, backin 1995 (aaaah I feel old suddenly!): no need to say that it is thanks to this album, and a few others, that I became a metal-lover. And I still love it, even after nearly 10 years! Of course it is 80's-Helloween-like heavy-metal, but who cares as long as it is GOOD heavy-metal? And there are some classical arrangements (not too many!) that change everythingand will become thheir trademark. Of course bis the singer has a "high-peached" voice, but hey that's also why we like our little Andre Matos, and who cares as long as he can make it aggressive when needed? And so on and so on... Finally, who can resist what became big classicals like Carry on or Angels Cry, or less known but excellent songs like Never Understand? Their cover of Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights is quite famous too, and there's a good reason to it. I can't see what's bad in playing "that style of metal", first of all of course because I was discovering then, second because, talking about the quality of the commposition (complex yet MOST catchy,...), they are FAR + FAR + FAR above most bands, even (especially?) actual bands. AND IT' S HEAVY AND IT' S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!

I also remind people, for those who wouldn't know, that Angra is one of my all time favourite bands, any style any time. And Andre Matos is one of the rare persons I admire, for several reasons that don't have to be listed here. So, if you allow me to sum up: yes I can't have a single piece of objectivity when I speak of them, and I'm proud of it because they deserve it!
+This album is MOST GREAT! May become boring whn you listen to it 10 times in a row (yes yes I did it then...), but definitely one of the albums I regularly listen to when I need to give my neck some exercise!
