Let's try to be simple: when you see a song is "linked", it means mp3 is available.
These are "official" albums of X, I didn't try to list all of their compilations, lives, and so on... you will find several websites listing all these in the "links" part of these X pages: this is a general view of X songs, not an "everything is here".
(It seems not all links "work": if you have problems downloading, try to look for Polochon (or Sicile) on irc, mainly Undernet or Ircnet servers, and I will send you mp3s you would like to get (I have a "quick connection" and spend most of my nights on the Internet, then on irc, so no problem)

Mmh hard to choose... mainly because songs are good... but what an awful sound! "first album syndrom"... Beware if you like nice genlte clear voices: Toshi's is VERY rough in this album. Please note Alive also: very good "cover" of "Moonlight Sonata" (correct translation?) because not "copy/paste" at all (unlike Virgo's, for exemple). Two others are pure heavy metal.

Even if Toshi's voice is less rough in this album, it' s still wuite rough, I warn you. Anyway: Kurenai is an EXCELLENT "melodic metal" song, one of X hymns after all, X is an exemple of "let's destroy our necks" (I could have placed Blue Blood or Orgasm for exemple, but well... one has to be chosen!), and Endless Rain... a really wonderful ballad (what a pianist!)

Tough choice once again... Silent Jealousy is "Kurenai-like" (+ an anthological solo!); Desperate Angel begins like an had-fm song, but don't worry it speeds up soon after. I hesitated a lot between Desperate Angel and Miscast, traditional heavy metal song... but I' m in a "have fun" mood... maybe I will change it one of these days? Joker... typicaly the kind of song that has nothing special, but when I hear it I just have to stand up and MOVE!ens plus en place je saute partout! And finaly White Wind... really beatles-like song up to me... and as Yoshiki worked with George Martin about when they recorded Jealousy, I wonder if "he" isn't "this" Mr. Martin... but I probably will never know!!

Hum well only one song, but 29mns long: I don't really see myself compressing this and placing it on my website... go read the review if you want to know what to expect from it, anyway if you see it one day: run to it!

Once again... which ones can I choose? (I love this band after all!) There are lot of wonderfus ballads (ex: Crucify my Love then Tears, or how can you become a fontain...) but violin arrangements on Forever Love really is beautiful: as a violonist I chose this one... Rusty Nail is a good rock/hard-rock song; and Dahlia... sometimes I love it, sometimes I love it... make up your mind!
