Tokyo
-Yoyogi parc

After having fun facing the usual Teddy Beards in front of the way in Yoyogi parc (...people who, in 2005, still can't let go of the end of 50's/early 60's mood, with leather suitsperfectly copying the style of these ancient times, with the hairdress and sunglasses to suit it, sometimes even the bike, with Buddy Holly or Chuck Berry tunes to "inspire" their "dances"!), I walk next to some goth-loli who fix the last details of their costume or make-up before they go to the concert, and enter one of these peaceful places I like so much: a parc, big, and calm!

This version of this photo is a little dark, I had it re-developped so that we see the foreground better, yet keep the nuances of pink/green in the back... and it makes a really nice image!

My first meeting with one of teh Tokyo curiosities: "changing fountains": I didn't see even one "normal" fountain in this town, the jets of water always change: one or several, more or less big/tall, ooh it turns, and blah blah: a good excuse for sitting somewhere and see what it will become in 2mns!

Another view of the same fountain, it was turning this time, which explains its weird "form/shape". And as there were seats behind me it was a good opportunity for reading a book and dreaming for 15-30mns.
Someone with rather high quality cameras and such also appreciated the mix of colors between my black boots, blue spats top, white tights, dark violet skirt, pink (but -pink-) pullover, navy blue jean jacket: when I saw he was taking a picture of something behind me, as I had my nose out of my book again I decided to enjoy the fountain for a few seconds, but he actually asked me to go back to my previous position, because -I- was the one he was trying to take a picture of! Well, if it can make you happy, glad to see that people like my "mixes" anyway, even when they're simple!

Scan is slightly darker than the original photo, sorry... once again, I liked the "mix/contrast" between colors / darkness/light / people peacefully enjoying their lives in the middle of that.

With red flowers on the foreground, to give the photo a little more colors (the original photo isn't so blurry, don't worry...)

I love this photo, I'm really proud of it! Different greens, clam people who it give what's necessary of life: really like it!

One of the ways out I believe, not one of those I used anyway.

A really pleasant parc in the end, especially as I didn't take photos of every nice places there (mainly because there wasn't enough luminosity in some places) or even interesting places (the part where most crows live is not really what you could call "beautiful"...): developping a film-roll is expensive: not doing too many experimentations is better! One detail made me feel not at ease by the way: homeless people, who live behind kind of "boundary lines", I had heard of it but forgotten, but it feels really stranhge to see such a "boundary line"... but it will shock me even more at Hibiya.
